The incumbent will play a vital role in overseeing maintenance, managing resources, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and operational effectivenessKey Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs for all company facilities, including production line infrastructure, aviation facilities, warehouses, and logistics centers.
• Regularly inspect facilities to identify maintenance needs, ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning optimally
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
• Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans to address potential crises or disruptions across all operational areas.
• Lead and supervise facility maintenance staff across various operational areas, ensuring tasks are delegated effectively and completed in a timely manner
• Identify opportunities for facility improvements or upgrades to enhance efficiency, productivity, and employee satisfaction across production, aviation, warehouse, and logistics departments.

Experience & Education

• Bachelor\'s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a production line, aviation, warehouse, or logistics industry setting.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance best practices, safety regulations, and compliance standards across multiple operational areas.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM) are advantageous
