Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 10+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and best practices in facilities management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale facilities, multi-site operations, or complex environments.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial planning abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive continuous improvement.
