Technically assess contractors submittals in accordance with relevant discipline-focused strategy and procedures, contract specifications, approved design and undertake reviews of architectural and interior design packages including drawings, specifications and other form of documentation prepared by the client design consultants.We envisage success in this role to include:
Develop and maintain professional and meaningful relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are being satisfied.
Ensure the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client.
Manage and direct the development and maintenance of the program and project schedules for all phases of the project including procurement, planning, design and construction.
Ensuring compliance with all KEO internal processes and procedures.
Previous experience in managing procurement of large design and build projects.
Extensive familiarity with fa\xc3\xa7ade systems, fa\xc3\xa7ade design, materials and fabrication/manufacture.
Strong leadership, people and management skills and business acumen.
Effective verbal and written communication proficiency.
Prior experience ensuring projects and programs meet financial objectives.
Time management and task prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
