To lead the technology team and manage the research and development (R&D) program and innovation activities in order to create and ensure the knowledge transfer to MCE\xe2\x80\x99s different business units, contributing thus to the wider Engineering objectives and support the execution of Masdar\xe2\x80\x99s clean energy strategyQualificationsPreferred Qualifications:

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in science or technology

• PhD in science or technology is an asset

Preferred Experience:

• At least 12 years of experience in clean energy and environmental technologies and a proven track record in managing R&D facilities, programs and initiatives

• Experience managing teams

• Experience on techno-commercial advisory for C-level and leadership in investment opportunities

• Experience in managing university and private sector initiatives and partnerships
