Masdar is jointly owned by Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala), and Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA), and under this ownership the company is targeting a renewable energy portfolio capacity of at least 100 gigawatts (GW) by 2030 and an annual green hydrogen production capacity of up to 1 million tonnes by the same year.To manage the development and implementation of total reward projects that will lead to the design and roll out of Masdar\'s total rewards strategy and frameworks, ensuring equitable and competitive pay and benefits for Masdar employees in line with leading industry practices both locally in the UAE as well as the global offices. To manage the end-to-end reward cycle including analyses required for talent acquisition and renewal of contracts in order to ensure that reward-related decisions are taken based on solid information and data.QualificationsPreferred Qualifications:
MBA or relevant Master\'s degree from a top-tier internationally recognized higher education institution
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
Preferred Experience:
A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in mid to senior roles rewards in large multi-national companies or an equivalent experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and reward management, with a focus on Korn Ferry methodologies and practices
Proven expertise in developing and implementing effective compensation strategies that drive organizational performance.
