Job Description

PERSIAN HORIZON TOURISM In line with the development of our contractor network and executive teams, we are seeking to hire a professional specialist proficient in contractors and contracts. If you are a motivated individual with strong communication skills and interested in working in an international environment, we eagerly await your resumes. Responsibilities:
1. Identify and negotiate with tour operators, event planners, and accommodation providers.
2. Communicate with contractors via phone, website chat, social media, and conduct online or in-person meetings.
3. Draft clear and professional contracts with tourism centers, accommodations, and events.
4. Establish collaboration agreements.
5. Create communication and coordination for in-person or online meetings.
6. Negotiate to obtain the best cooperation conditions (discounts, profit-sharing percentages, payment terms).
7. Obtain necessary permits for advertising and publishing information on websites and social media.
8. Document and collect portfolios.
9. Record videos and photos of locations, tours, events, and accommodation services.
10. Collect visual and video portfolios from contractors.
11. Create a digital archive of approved portfolios for advertising.
12. Coordinate with internal teams.
13. Transfer contract information to the advertising and marketing team.
14. Collaborate with the content production team to use videos and images in campaigns.
15. Participate in exhibitions and trade events to introduce products and services and identify new centers for product and service development.
16. Register customer information in CRM. Required Skills:
1. Communication and negotiation skills to attract and persuade collaborating centers.
2. Familiarity with legal principles of contracts to draft professional agreements.
3. Skills in videography and photography for documenting activities.
4. Time management and planning skills to follow up on contracts and in-person missions.
5. Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising to obtain advertising permits.
Qualifications:
1. Holding a residence visa (company registration or sponsorship) is mandatory for Iranians.
2. Due to in-person meetings, a well-groomed and formal appearance is a condition of employment.
3. Having a vehicle is mandatory (please note that transportation expenses will be covered).
4. A minimum of 2 years of residency and work experience in the UAE.
5. Proficiency in English and Arabic (familiarity with other international languages is a plus).
6. Candidates with the following experiences will be prioritized:
o Experience in obtaining various residence permits or company registration.
o Experience in sales within the tourism and travel sector.
