Company DescriptionMasdar is the UAE\'s clean energy champion and one of the largest companies of its kind in the world, advancing the development and deployment of renewable energy and green hydrogen technologies to address global sustainability challenges. Masdar is jointly owned by Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala), and Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA), and under this ownership the company is targeting a renewable energy portfolio capacity of at least 100 gigawatts (GW) by 2030 and an annual green hydrogen production capacity of up to 1 million tonnes by the same year. The purpose of the role is to act as the focal point for all people operations related to Masdar\'s international offices, joint ventures, project and teams ensuring that all people-related matters and services are addressed timely and effectively in close collaboration with the People & Culture team and other relevant internal stakeholders. This role ensures consistent and efficient people processes, compliance with local and international regulations, and supports the overall P&C strategy of Masdar.QualificationsPreferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in human resources or business administration or relevant field
• MBA or relevant Master\'s degree is an asset
• Certification from recognized HR bodies (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an asset

Preferred Experience:

• 6-8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a global or regional HR role or an equivalent experience
