We produce beautifully crafted, award-winning digital products and services for a broad range of enterprise clients - From Media, Entertainment, Life Sciences, and Automotive to Finance, Technology, and Travel.
WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL DO
- Conceptualise and execute design through to project completion
- Produce high quality deliverables for Arabic and Global audiences
- Plan and run user research activities, gather and organise findings
- Reuse and suggest new user-centric methodologies to frame problems / needs
- Proactively challenge the design process and team members to consistently achieve the best outcome
- Continue to learn and develop skills and methods across UX Strategy, Design Research, IA/Interaction design, Service design, Product Development and Thought Leadership
- Mentor more junior colleagues and support their learning and development
WHAT YOU HAVE
- At least 5 years experience professional experience, ideally in an agency environment
- Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of industry standard design and prototyping tools and end-to-end experience
- Experience working with multiple industry verticals and being client facing
- Experience in generative and evaluative based research activities and understand the wider context of digital product design
- Experience working in an agile environment, and have experience working collaboratively with engineering teams
- Fluent English
