:Role Overview:-To source the brokers using market intelligence and in-depth research to expand agent network in assigned territory.-Screens potential brokers (Individual & Corporate) with the objective of promoting our company\'s products.-Ensures that assigned Brokers (Individual & Corporate) receive highest level of support-Design and implement effective Route to Market (RTM) based on Customer Needs.-Leverage Customer & Agent programs to maximize sales and achieve targets within the assigned territory-Educate the Corporate brokers and their staff on how to utilize Agent portal to close deals, view inventory, make payments and generate consistent business.-Develop and negotiates contracts, integrates contract requirements with business operations.-Generates and maintains periodical reports in line with company guidelines.Qualification & Experience-Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, or a related field.-2 to 6 years of relevant experience in account management and handling multiple projects / tasks simultaneously, preferably in the real estate, and hospitality sector.Same Posting Description for Internal and External Candidates
