We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive/Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR management, with expertise in the manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities: . Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. . Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives. . Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills. . Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor laws and regulations. . Collaborate with department heads to address HR needs. . Handle payroll processing and employee benefits administration. Qualifications & Experience: . 8 to 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in Bahrain. . Prior experience in the manufacturing field is mandatory. . Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). . Strong knowledge of Bahrain labor laws and HR best practices. . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. . Ability to work independently and as part of the team. Preferred Candidate: .
