The Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition works closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager in driving the recruitment strategy for Publicis Groupe's brands and practices across the MENA region.The roles responsibilities are centered around the enablement of a smoother, better and faster recruitment experience focusing on strong talent pipeline building, attracting transformative talents and data and people analytics.A key aspect of the role is meeting the changing recruitment needs of the companys fast-paced environment by managing all the recruitment activities to hire top talents for current or future roles.Technical & Product-Use Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters) to it's full potential for end-to-end recruitment cycle from job creation until offer issuance.-Conduct competency-based interviews for thorough assessment of talents.-Use different recruitment tools to source for candidates.Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency-Have a consultative approach and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers during briefing session and throughout recruitment process.-Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer issuance.-Ensure thorough and competency-based feedback is provided by hiring managers on all interviewed candidates.-Build a strong talent pipeline of diverse and qualified talents for faster recruitment turnaround time.-Ensure to achieve set recruitment KPIs.-Prioritize internal talents for current and future openings.-Drive best-in-class candidate experience to position Publicis Groupe as employer of choice.Innovative & Analytical Mindset-Work closely with Talent Acquisition Manager in the analysis recruitment data for execution of innovative recruitment strategies.-Tailor to the different hiring needs of each brand and practice by being agile and flexible in ways of working.-Lead on partnerships with universities for different initiatives such as attendance of career fairs and creation of internship programs.People & Leadership-Seeks others\' feedback to develop self-awareness, strengths and address development area.-Is able to proactively raise issues to improve effective team working and collaboration.-Is able to communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner.-Collaborates with stakeholders and embraces an inclusive based environment.-Is able to make valuable contributions to discussions and brainstorming sessions, providing insight and point of view.-Able to build relationships quickly with others and engages personally with peers and clients.-Treats others with respect, listens to other perspectives, especially when they are different from own.-Able to tackle problems in a timely manner and develop contingency plans that focus on problem resolution.-Drives a culture of trust with Peers, clients and all other stakeholders.Self-Is able to take ownership for actions and deals with consequences in a mature manner.-Able to adjust performance based on experiences and feedback and showcases agility and flexibility.-Displays openness to the ideas of others and leverages them when beneficial for the business.-Showcases curiosity and open mindset towards new ways of doing things.-Is able to set high impact objectives and goes above and beyond to exceed performance.-Demonstrates the Growth Mindset and is able to take ownership of personal development and growth.Qualifications-4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition role.-Experience recruiting in media and communications industry is preferred.-Able to operate within a fast-paced environment, handle multiple talent acquisition projects and deadlines.-Broad understanding of the agency model and its evolution into the platform-based agency of the future.-Excellent communication skills
