JPC - 3312 - Senior Executive Support and Follow-up of Social ResponsibilityExperience: 2-4 yearsDuration of Contract: 12 months OutsourcingLocation: Dubai.Communicating with external parties and strategic partners, contributing to building business relationships, opening areas of contribution and participating in financing the Authoritys programs and initiatives, and striving to find attractive financing opportunities for private companies by coordinating meetings, preparing presentation material for social responsibility, writing minutes of meetings, following up on the implementation of what was agreed upon, and responding to questions. Inquiries and providing the necessary data and information to departments and external parties regarding initiatives and programs related to social responsibility. 2. Preparing documents, documents and files related to programs and initiatives for presentation to departments before they are approved and presented to strategic partners and external parties to finance them financially. 3. Follow up on the signing of memorandums of understanding with the entities supporting the Authoritys initiatives and projects, and follow up on the implementation of the financial plan for financing approved projects between the Authority and external parties. 4. Contributing to the preparation and updating of the Authoritys information, initiatives, and social responsibility packages approved on the relevant platforms (such as the Authoritys website - the Authoritys social responsibility platform - the social responsibility platform of the Ministry of Economy, and the like). 5. Coordinating visits, events and workshops with companies and external parties to promote the Authoritys social responsibility initiatives in order to encourage companies to contribute to supporting social responsibility initiatives.6. Preparing workshop presentation materials for external parties with the aim of spreading the culture of corporate social responsibility and promoting the opportunities, projects and initiatives of the Authority available to companies to support them financially and non-financially. 7. Contribute to the preparation and documentation of financial reports, social impact measurement reports, and media reports with departments and external parties, and develop appropriate recommendations. 8. Adherence to the information security policies and procedures approved by the Authority and working to comply with controls to ensure the confidentiality of information. 9.
