Job description 1. Extremely aggressive Sales persona, who has a proven track record, have worked in a target-driven sales environment, promoting the Company brand image, products and services. 2. Study and evaluate market, geographics, competitors and create Sales strategies and plans. 3. Consistent and effective Client engagement by regular visits, understanding needs and anticipating new market opportunities. 4. Identify Sales, Goals, Targets and Plans. 5. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding Client requirements, identifying market trends, suggesting and implementing system, improvements to achieve/exceed Marketing and Sales goals 6. Effectively lead and communicate with team to ensure goals and targets are achieved consistently. 7. Engage and manage Clients and key accounts. 8. Conduct in-depth research of the market and customers to identify prospects and partnerships. 9. Preference will be given to candidate with a direct sales background and experience in real estate, life insurance, banking. 10. Preference for Female candidates. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
