Job Description

Overall Omni Operations at stores Omni store operations in NKSA territory, which include Click and Collect, return to the store, Fulfill from Store, Ship from Store, etc. Store support for Customer Complaints, Escalations CNC Management - TAT (Turn Around Time), O2S Management (Order to Ship/Fulfill for SVI). SFS, Shipping from Store- Rollout, and TAT Management Act as a bridge between the online and offline stores and make the Omni events even bigger by strategically aligning online and offline trade calendars, also includes scaling and optimizing capacity Brand representative for developing Omni system and process for the group (Order Management System, Omni Dashboard). Working along with multiple internal Stakeholders (Group IT, Supply Chain, and external partners Managing Omni Backroom standards and managing Omni Non-Inventory E-Com Returns and Exclusive labels Management Identifying exceptional cases of in-store fulfilment, shipment execution, etc. identifying issues and problems in-process and finding solutions by process improvement or innovation Omni project 98% execution Store Operations support Retail Reporting and MIS (Add on sales, daily reports, incentives report) / Reporting Working with the Landmark Digital team on Retail projects Working with Store and Concept on space mapping across all NKSA stores Coordinating with the warehouse on delivery planning and operational activities Reverse logistics and totes/hanger reconciliation POS Application Support - (LMIT issues, manual billings, POS Promotions, Process Enhancement Rollout, and implementation, tender Management) RFID SCCO Launch Digitalization · Petty cash · RFID Self-Checkout - Execution · Save the Sale · Non Buyer Feedback

Loss Prevention Coordination

Spock to coordinate with all stores to ensure Loss prevention actions are taken Work closely with concepts on improvement areas Work with stakeholders like RDC, and MDC to improve the process and reduce shrinkage Competition study on best practices and ensure the roll-out Inter-territory best practices to be collected & executed SPOC for New and Renovation Stores · Coordinate with Projects, Concepts, Marketing and Retail to ensure adherence to calendar Pre and Post analysis of store performance Working along with multiple internal Stakeholders (Finance, Projects, IFM, L&D, HSE and PRO and External Partners).
