As a Senior Executive - Project Management in Growth & Innovation, you will be responsible for supporting in managing projects aimed at driving innovation and growth for our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that promote new ideas, products, services, and technologies that drive revenue growth and enhance our competitive position in the market.A core focus will be managing the innovation program of the group as well as the growth community across the organization by driving the rhythm of meetings, identifying opportunities to collaborate and share knowledge, fostering a culture of innovation and growth, and promoting best practices in project management.Main TasksTechnical & Product
  • Support in developing and executing project plans that promote innovation and growth, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Act as a liaison between the innovation and growth community and senior leadership, providing regular updates on community activities and outcomes, and advocating for the community's needs and priorities.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support in managing cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, marketers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project execution and completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement programs that support the growth community, such as training and development initiatives, networking events, and innovation hacks.
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed to mitigate potential impact on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and project budgets.
  • Monitor and analyze community engagement and participation, and use insights to continuously improve the effectiveness of community management efforts.

QualificationsEducation and Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in project management, with a preference for advertising, content, digital, innovation or growth.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
