Gathering, organizing, and maintaining HR data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency for reliable reporting
Analyzing HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, headcount, and diversity, providing insights to support strategic P&C decision-making
Creating compelling data visualizations that convey HR insights clearly and effectively to P&C and other business stakeholders
Utilizing tools such as Excel, Power BI, and D365 to build user-friendly visualizations that simplify complex data sets
Identifying opportunities for process improvement within HR operations, particularly around data collection, analysis, and reporting
Partnering with TA, L&D, Payroll, HRIS, HRBPs, IT, Finance, and other departments to align on data requirements and support P&C projects effectively

3-5+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, or a similar role, ideally within HR or a related function
Certifications in data analytics or HR analytics are a plus (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Analytics, SHRM Analytics)
Experience with HRIS and HR data systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms
Familiarity with key HR metrics and KPIs such as turnover, engagement, headcount, and diversity metrics
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting within an HR or business operations context
High accuracy in data handling and reporting
Passionate about fostering collaboration and creating an environment where people thrive
Strong written and spoken English, Arabic speaking is advantageous
