Work closely with Partnerships Managers to retain and grow partnerships throughout MENA, across Loyalty, Gift Cards and Payments, and in line with the Partnerships Strategy and Account Management best practice
Act as the liaison between the Partnerships team and territory Legal teams within the organization to manage all administrative aspects around initiating NDAs, new business contracts, contract amendments, contract renewals, following up on document sign-off, maintain a contracts tracker and a centralized contract library
Act as the liaison between the Partnerships team and territory Finance teams within the organization and take complete ownership of initiating invoices / purchase orders for both payables and receivables, follow up on outstanding payments, new vendor onboarding
Act as the liaison between the Partnerships team and Technical / Engineering teams within the organization to support with the onboarding of all new partners
Provide operational support on handling customer queries and escalations for gift cards and partnerships
Prepare daily, weekly, quarterly and annual sales reports and circulate to all key stakeholders
Take complete ownership of the Sales CRM tool and ensure all sales figures, new business pipeline, key accounts and contacts are updated on a daily basis, and all linked dashboards reflect the same
Contribute to the overall partnerships strategy, and support with various administrative aspects within the team
Develop & maintain competitive landscape models on the regional and global loyalty industry
