Design and execution of marketing strategies for Al Hamra group of companies with a special focus on the Mall Portfolio and retail. \xe2\x80\xa2 Active involvement in the development and implementation of marketing strategy, plan and annual calenda of events. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in preparation and management of the marketing budgets - ensuring all marketing programs are goaloriented, relevant, metrics-driven resulting in Revenue and Footfall increase \xe2\x80\xa2 Planning and end to end execution of campaigns, promotions, sponsorships and activations inline with the approved marketing strategy and budget \xe2\x80\xa2 Compilation and preparation of the monthly reports for the management \xe2\x80\xa2 Tenant coordination and agency management for all PR and marketing related activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Working in close collaboration with Corporate Communications, Digital and Creative teams and Al Hamra tenants and business partners to promote products and generate effective campaigns leading to an increase in brand awareness, revenue and footfall. \xe2\x80\xa2 Build and run effective marketing and social media campaigns \xe2\x80\xa2 Social Media management as well as management of the asset/brand\xe2\x80\x99s digital assets (ie. website, social media accounts), media partnerships and fulfill all elements of each partnership. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create recap documents of each activation in the mall/asset including hard data, key metrics, and recommendations

Job Requirements Must have 6+ years of experience in Retail Marketing/ Mall Marketing \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have experience with events and activations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have experience in digital marketing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have worked within the Real Estate/ Retail industry

Qualification \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelors Degree \xe2\x80\xa2 MBA in Marketing
