Overview of the role
The main purpose of the job is to support the Development Marketing team activities and campaigns. The role will comprise but not be limited to: Organising and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency, providing office management services, financial budget tracking services, as well as general administrative support and project/campaign assistance and production jobs (supplier/agency liaison) where required.
What you will do
• Responsible for administration, renewal of licenses for advertising, filing systems and compilation of the marketing report for Senior Management review on a monthly basis.
• Document processes for Marketing Department to assure continuity of processes and thereafter quality of those processes.
• Responsible for the office set up along with arrangement of IT equipment for new joiners.
• Assist the Department Head in the development and implementation of policies within the office.
• Responsible for raising requisitions, BCP's, CAFs and LPOs for marketing .
• Support the implementation of marketing processes and campaigns.
• Preparation and tracking of office budget and financial records for the marketing team and act as the focal point for the departmental needs.
• Monitor petty cash and store requirements.
Required Skills to be successful
• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in office management, marketing and supervision in a large or medium size organization.
• Strong understanding of marketing dynamics, with experience in supporting communication, campaign, and marketing activities in Real Estate.
