POSITION OVERVIEWThe Senior Learning & Development Executive will be responsible for developing, executing, and evaluating learning programs that align with organizational goals. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in learning and development, a passion for employee growth, and the ability to create impactful training experiences.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Training Needs Analysis:- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.- Collaborate with department heads to understand specific team needs and development goals.2. Learning Program Design:- Develop engaging and effective learning programs, both in-person and online.- Design curriculum, training materials, and resources for various skill levels.3. Training Delivery:- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to diverse audiences.- Utilize various training methods, including e-learning platforms, to accommodate different learning styles.4. Leadership Development:- Design and implement leadership development programs to nurture and enhance leadership capabilities.- Provide coaching and support to leaders for their continuous professional development.5. Performance Management Support:- Collaborate with the HR team to integrate learning initiatives with performance management processes.- Align training programs with career development and succession planning.6. Learning Technology Utilization:- Explore and implement innovative learning technologies to enhance training effectiveness.- Evaluate and recommend learning management systems and other tools.7. Evaluation and Feedback:- Implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of learning programs.- Gather participant feedback and make continuous improvements to training content and delivery.8. Compliance Training:- Ensure that mandatory compliance training programs are developed and delivered.- Keep abreast of industry regulations and update training content accordingly.9.
