Role : Senior Human Resources Executive Salary :AED 12,000 + benefits Location : Dubai We are seeking a Senior Executive - Human Resources to oversee key HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws while supporting employees and management. Key Responsibilities: Leave Management: Process and track employee leave, maintain accurate records, and address leave-related inquiries. Overtime Processing: Calculate and verify overtime payments, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Onboarding: Facilitate new hire orientation, ensure seamless onboarding, and maintain employee records. Claims Processing: Handle educational allowance claims and ensure proper documentation. Audit Compliance: Maintain HR records for compliance, conduct audits, and ensure accurate payroll processing. Exit Management: Manage employee exits, coordinate with relevant departments, and conduct exit interviews. Attendance Processing: Monitor employee attendance, update records, and ensure accurate payroll calculations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role. Experience in overtime processing and attendance calculation is required. Candidates with Oracle HRMS experience will have an added advantage. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
