The Senior Executive in Human Resources, specializing in Performance Evaluation and Operations Management, will be responsible for supporting and executing HR initiatives that drive workforce performance, optimize HR operations, and ensure alignment with organizational goals in the automotive sector. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing performance evaluation processes, refining HR operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will bring experience in the automotive industry and a solid background in HR processes, particularly in performance management and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Evaluation
• Support the design and execution of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms tailored to the automotive industry.
• Assist in developing role-specific KPIs and metrics to evaluate performance across various departments, including production, engineering, and quality control.
• Coordinate performance review cycles, ensuring timely and consistent evaluation practices, and maintain accurate documentation for HR records.
• Provide support to managers in delivering effective feedback and coaching employees on performance improvement.
• Operational HR Management
• Streamline and manage HR operational processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation to ensure efficient and compliant HR practices.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) with a focus on data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Support the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with automotive industry standards and labor regulations.
• Assist in workforce scheduling and resource allocation to support operational needs in alignment with production cycles and peak demands.
• Employee Relations and Engagement
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support in resolving HR-related issues.
• Coordinate initiatives to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist in handling employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and policy compliance to ensure fair and consistent application of HR practices.
• Data Management and Reporting
• Support HR reporting and analytics by collecting and analyzing data on performance, attendance, and workforce productivity, providing insights for management.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards on key HR metrics to track progress and inform decision-making within the HR and operational teams.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to analyze performance data and recommend adjustments to improve individual and team productivity.
• Project Coordination and Process Improvement
• Assist in HR projects focused on performance optimization, talent development, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Identify areas for improvement in HR processes, especially those impacting employee performance, and support initiatives to streamline and enhance operations.
• Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends, particularly those relevant to the automotive industry, to recommend improvements and implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in HR, with specific experience in performance evaluation and HR operations within the automotive sector.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and operational HR processes.
• Familiarity with automotive industry regulations, workforce management, and production-related HR practices.
• Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday) and experience with data reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
