Job Summary: The Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for design and fit-out projects, analyzing project specifications, and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in the fit-out or construction industry, with strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project specifications, drawings, and scope of work to determine required materials, labor, and time.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for various project stages.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure feasibility.
• Identify risks and propose cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.
• Track and update project costs to align with initial estimates.
• Support tender submissions and bidding processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in estimating for interior fit-out projects is a must.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and processes.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
