Job Description

Manage the bid process, including preparing bid packages, soliciting bids from subcontractors and suppliers, and reviewing and evaluating bids.

Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for fit-out projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions to improve project profitability without sacrificing quality or design intent.

Prepare tender documents and proposals, including detailed cost breakdowns, bill of quantities, and scope of work.

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences and provide regular updates on project progress.

Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials and services.

Identify and manage project risks, including assessing and mitigating potential cost overruns, schedule delays, and other issues.

Collaborate with the project team, including architects, engineers, project managers, and construction personnel, to ensure that estimates align with project requirements and design intent.
