Job Title: Senior Estimator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator with extensive experience in roads and infrastructure projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring competitive bidding for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for roads and infrastructure projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to assess requirements and costs.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop competitive and feasible project proposals.
• Evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.
• Stay updated on market trends, material costs, and construction technologies relevant to the industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in roads and infrastructure projects in Dubai.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of estimation processes, construction methods, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidate must be currently based in the UAE.
• Immediate joining is a preference.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary and benefits package based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
