Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading interior fit-out contractor that specializes in delivering bespoke, high-end solutions for luxury retail, commercial, and hospitality spaces. Renowned for their craftsmanship and attention to detail, our client is seeking a skilled Senior Estimator. This role demands an experienced professional with an extensive understanding of the requirements and standards of luxury brand retail shop fits, civil contracting, and luxury boutiques are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Study, review, and analyze project drawings, Bills of Quantities (B.O.Q), and specifications.

- Raise Requests for Information (RFI) to clients for technical clarifications and discrepancies.

- Prepare quantity take-offs to verify B.O.Q.

- Prepare B.O.Q and Bill of Materials (B.O.M) in accordance with project drawings and specifications.

- Recommend value engineering proposals to meet client budgets.

- Prepare final cost sheets including labor, materials, bought-out materials, and overheads.

- Submit project quotations on time with tender qualifications.

- Implement effective pricing strategies for competitive bidding.

- Prepare and submit quotations for variations.

- Attend pre and post-tender meetings.

- Utilize ERP software effectively, updating relevant information daily.

- Submit weekly reports on achieved targets and deliverables.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or related fields, with specific

experience in luxury brand retail shop fits, civil contracting, and luxury boutiques.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Windows, and ERP Software.

- Strong management skills with a commitment to honesty and reliability.
