Senior Estimator
Job Description
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
• Identify and quantify cost factors, such as materials, labor, and equipment.
• Obtain and review subcontractor and supplier quotes and negotiate pricing as necessary.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, to gather necessary information.
• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates using estimating software and spreadsheets.
• Evaluate and recommend cost-saving alternatives to ensure competitive pricing.
• Review and analyze historical data, subcontractor performance, and industry benchmarks to improve estimating accuracy.
• Present estimates and participate in bid reviews with senior management and project stakeholders.
• Monitor and track project costs throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED100.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
