•ODS is currently seeking a Sr. Estimation Engineer for one of our Manufacturing company to service our needs for our clients. As a Sr. Estimation Senior you will be responsible for the designing , Modification and Estimation of BMS Systems.•

The role includes but is not limited

• Study the technical documents for the project received from the contractor.
• Prepare BOQ from drawings, product selection, estimate and procure labor cost and material cost, vet the price quotations to arrive at competitive labor and material cost to be submitted to management for their perusal and decision to the Estimation Manager for approval.
• Prepare compliance statement, Technical Material submittals & prequalification to submit for consultant approval.
• Assist and coordinate with Drafts team for the preparation of shop drawings.
• Prepare upon award of the project, a summary of the job including cost of labour, material, quantity and quality of the material required strictly as per the specification of the client to ensure that they are as per the prescribed parameters.
• Assist Estimation Manager in implementing strategies and plans to ensure that estimating process takes place in most professional and cost-effective manner.
• Prepare estimates, for the QS, to obtain the approval of the client/consultant of the variation in the labour and material cost arising out of a change in drawing proposed by the client.
• Assist in drafting a final report on pre and post completion cost so as to enable the management to assess the profitability on the job.

Qualification / Experience

Education

4 Years Engineering Graduation with 4 - 6 years of experience

Specialization in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering

Experience

Relevant Work experience of 4 to 6 years in the same.

• Good communication and writing skills, problem-solving abilities.

• Analytical mind with self-learning skills, result, and target oriented.
• Self - motivated, independent learner.

Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
