With a decade of experience in the region and a team that possesses extensive knowledge of the market, we provide a fully integrated HR solution.We are currently recruiting a Senior Estimation Engineer for our Client based in Dubai, UAEAs a Senior Estimation Engineer, they should be proficient at using CCS software to accurately estimate construction costs, time, materials, labor, and equipment. The role involves detailed cost analysis, verifying quantities, checking vendor and subcontractor quotes, and submitting competitive tenders. The ideal candidate will manage resources efficiently, meet deadlines, and coordinate with the Tender Manager and team to ensure project success.Job Purpose:

• Reviewing and analyzing tender drawings and specifications, raising pricing-related queries with the client, and addressing pricing-related post-tender clarifications.
• Analyzing rates for various items to prepare estimates, including costs for main elements such as materials, equipment, labor, services, and subcontractors.
• Performing analysis and pricing using Candy software, including generating estimates from first principles and creating material and subcontractor packages for tenders.
• Reviewing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, importing the pricing into the adjudicator, and finalizing comparisons to select the most competitive and compliant price.
• Providing regular updates and discussing the tender project pricing status and daily work priorities with the Tender Manager.
• Co ordinating with other Department, attending site visits , sub-contractor, encouraging team work & coordinate with team members achieving target on time.

Skills

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in infrastructure projects is essential, particularly with government projects such as roads, utilities, bridges, metro\'s or railways.
• A minimum of 10 years of total experience in the GCC is required, with a preference for experience in UAE Government or RTA projects.
• Pre-Contract Experience.
• Extensive knowledge and skills in CCS Software are required, with a preference for experience with Candy Software.
• General knowledge in Contracts, procurement, Risk analyses.
• Abilities to deliver the Quality work on time with time management to meet submission deadlines.
