Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential prospects within the F&B industry, specifically in the restaurant and cafe sector.

Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, inbound leads and networking events.

Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and pain points, and effectively communicate the benefits of our ERP software solutions.

Collaborate with the Technical and Support team to set up and attend meetings with key decision-makers.

Create and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to showcase the value of our products.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

Continuously monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.

Must Haves:

Fluent in English, other language spoken is an advantage.

Established network of contacts within the F&B industry, in particular to restaurant and cafe sector.

Proven track record of at least 2 years of successful sales experience, specifically within the F&B industry selling IT software or ERP solutions is an advantage.

In-depth understanding of the challenges and requirements faced by businesses in the restaurant and cafe sector, particularly related to technology and software needs.

Familiarity with the latest technological advancements and trends in the IT industry.

Experience in selling SaaS based solutions like POS and ERP is an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.

Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.

Self-motivated with a passion for sales and a goal-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, if required.
