Job Description

• Meticulously review, process, and document NOCs from various entities, including JAFZA, NIP, Dubai Port Authority, DUCAMZ, and Dubai Authorities.
• Ensure strict compliance with JAFZA's rules and regulations by scrutinizing submitted documents, drawings, and licenses.
• Exercise control over design concepts and modifications for tenant-owned plots, ensuring alignment with prescribed standards.
• Supervise and regulate NOCs for purposes like external landscaping, demolition, interlock installations, and building completion/modification certificates.
• Examine visa calculation drawings for adherence to JAFZA's procedures across assets in JAFZA and National Industries Park.
• Collaborate on strategic planning and development initiatives, contributing to zone planning and maintaining design control regulations.
• Lead the creation of comprehensive policies and procedures for tenant services to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and seamless coordination with regulatory authorities like Trakhees, RTA, DEWA, etc.
• Coordinate with Trakhees to obtain documents including existing drawings, building permits and completion certificates.
• Oversee the implementation of automated systems for streamlined submission and issuance of NOCs, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Build strong customer satisfaction by interacting with tenants, addressing their concerns, and providing effective solution.
• Resolve tenant issues related to coordination with regulatory authorities and ensure consistent compliance.
• Innovate processes by identifying avenues for system enhancement, streamlining procedures, and fortifying documentation.
• Generate meticulously detailed reports providing insights into operational outcomes and performance metrics.
• Establish partnerships with government entities to facilitate smooth information exchange and alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Undertake thorough research mandated by the Department, presenting findings and recommendations for informed decision-making and seamless implementation.
• Conduct site inspection and walkthroughs in the DP Worlds Dubai Regions for regulation controls, Coordinate with PCFC inspection team as required.
