Provides recommendations for design enhancements to meet reliability expectations both in projects and operations.
Lead Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) studies both in projects and Operate phase.
Lead Reliability Cantered Maintenance (RCM) workshops and ensure alignment of all applicable equipment.
Develop and recommend maintenance and reliability standards and procedures critical for the management and ensure optimum equipment reliability and performance.
Monitoring equipment performance trends, recognizing and acting on deviations from reliability and availability target of equipment and plant facilities.
Provide input into the selection of spare parts during project phase and ensure optimize inventory levels during operations.
Lead Root Cause Analysis for the critical failures according to RCA standard and provide guidance to other as required.
Develop Bad Actor Analysis Report and identify chronic occurrence of equipment failure modes and components. Suggests the economical long - term solutions.
Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performing analytics and reports on reliability performance
Qualifications and Experience:Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in electrical / mechanical engineering or equivalent.
10 years of experience in maintenance activities, including at least 5-year Reliability activities in the Oil and Gas industry
