By working together every day, were bringing energy to life.About the Job:Coordinates and supervises activities related to plant / clusters, RDS's (Remote Degassing Station) RMS's (Remote Manifold Stations), Gas CSs (Compression Stations. Supervise the implementation of predictive, preventive, corrective maintenance modification and major shutdown maintenance.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Supervise the execution of predictive, preventive and corrective field facilities activities related to the installation of oil / gas production and injection, water/ Co2 injection process facilities equipment, as applicable.Coordinate with drilling department for handover/ takeover of wells location and provide rig route.Supervises and controls the activities of assigned personnel in the asset to ensure safe working environment and exercises in an efficient and optimum operational manner.Ensure and monitor material & stock item for timely inspection and the delivery of operations inventory material.Checks and monitors the quality of maintenance activities carried out in well head and other equipment in the Asset.Ensure compliance to the operations & injection requirements of the asset whilst achieving optimum Oil and Gas production levels in additions to the planned shutdown activities.Generic AccountabilitiesSupervisionPlan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives.BudgetsProvide input for preparation of the Department/ Section budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver Section objectives.Version: 1.0Operational Support/Operational Supported to plant/clustershas context menuInvestigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.Policies, Systems, Processes & ProceduresImplement approved Department/ Section policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Department / Section's work programs in line with Company and International standards.
