By working together every day, we\xe2\x80\x99re bringing energy to life.JOB PURPOSE:Plan, coordinate and execute the discipline design and development drawings and layouts, specifications, data Sheets and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in accordance with the International Standards utilizing the latest world-class techniques for Mechanical, Piping, Pipeline, Process, Instrumentation / Control, Telecommunication, Civil / Structure and HSE as per the defined project time frame.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Supervise the discipline team of Layout Engineers and Designers to successfully complete the project deliverables with quality and on time as per project requirements.
• Coordinate and interface with discipline in-house Engineers and external contractors/consultants, the preparation of designs and detailed engineering drawings and documents as per project requirements.
• Prepare and/or review designs, layout engineering drawings, documents, and specifications according to project requirements following engineering principles and practices as well as company standards.
• Ensure continuous safekeeping and availability of all engineering data, records, and documents by utilizing the available resources / manpower allocation.
• Audit technical drawings and documents to ensure the accuracy, completeness, integrity, and quality of engineering packages prepared for multi discipline projects.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary studies and reviews to ensure the proper design alignment of all deliverables as per the project scope.
• Supervise the execution of consultants\' basic/ detailed engineering deliverables.
• Lead discipline technical reviews and meetings with consultants to analyse drafting and tagging requirements and be able to provide advice on viable options.
• Review and approval of contracts, task orders and man-hours report for external contracts. Participate in the tender package preparation and evaluation as required.
• Review project layout deliverables and estimate man hours (discipline) to ensure the proper planning of manpower resources.
• Facilitate developing strategies and integration solutions to 3D modeling plant design system (PDS), electronic management system (EDMS) Engineering tagging system in MAXIMO and 2D CAD application (AutoCAD & MicroStation).

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

• 8 years of experience in project execution, layout Engineering and disciplines interfaces in the Oil & Gas industry.
