Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

• Coordinate with other departments, teams, vendors, and suppliers to determine business requirements, execute projects, and set service standards.
• Review, approve and oversee implementation of Change Requests multiple platforms as per the requirements of various technology teams or as needed by the business for introducing new products in accordance with existing change management process.
• Plan and implement patches and updates on multiple platforms to resolve any existing bugs or performance issues and also assessing the overall impact of any unexpected behavior of the new change.
• Coordination and Test Scheduling with Roaming Partners.
• Performing IREG testing (Voice IR24, CAMEL IR32, GPRS IR35, LTE IR38).
• 5G configuration, testing and troubleshooting.
• IR21 Database update, Raex format.
• Roaming configuration in all network nodes: MSS, CSDB (HLR/HSS), USN (SGSN & MME), STP/DRA.
• Troubleshooting inbound and outbound roamers problems.
• Handling IREG tickets and roaming escalations.
• Performing Changes in Roaming configuration
• Performing Network Audit for Roaming configuration and Raising change requests to Rectify the Audit Observations.
• Strong Knowledge of SS7, Diameter Technologies.
• Understanding of STP/DRA product and ability to handle the Incidents and configuration changes for Diameter /SIP and Legacy signaling.
• The job holder approves technical solutions provided by vendors or other internal teams and recommends appropriate actions to the Director Digital and Emerging Services
• The nature of the job requires effective coordination with other units
Key Qualifications, experience and skills



Qualification

• Bachelor of Engineering / BSc. In Electronics/Tele Communication
Experience

• 6 Years + Experience IoT Edge & Gateway Integration to IoT Platforms, Dashboards, OSS & BSS systems, CRM, Subsystems etc.
Skills:

• RDBMS, in-memory databases, Distributed Databases
• Smart Building Use-cases including Fire Alarm Monitoring Systems
• Java, Python, C, PySpark
• SDLC & Project Management
• Emerging Technologies including Machine Learning, Big Data - Spark,
• Data Engineering Technologies like DataBricks, Kafka, Cloudera
• Data Visualization and Business Intelligence Dashboards
• Different cloud and IoT platforms
• Web services such as REST and/or SOAP.
• Proficient Communication & Presentation Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
