EPI is fully equipped for machining, manufacturing engineering, surface treatment, coating, repairing, and cutting tools and assemblies.Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the programming of the machine contour-path machining of customer parts. Ensure all quality and safety standards are being followed.
- Interpret the outputs of all blueprints, sketches, drawings, routing instructions, manuals, and specifications to meet requirements;
- Operating CAD to create part models and geometry as needed;
- Use CAM programming on multi-axis mill-turn machines;
- Use Optimal tooling and cutting parameters based on material and setup;
- Implement work holding for manufacturing processes;
- Execute manufacturing processes individually or as a team;
- Work together as a team to ensure continuous improvement;
- Provide evidence and data for Reporting of Engineering and Management information that affects quality or schedule;
- Ensure quality control on programs, tool sheets, and setup documentation.
- Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical, Automotive or Manufacturing Engineering
- AS9100 and ISO quality standard certification is desirable
- CAD operations and CAM Programming
- 8-10 years CAD/CAM Engineering experience in Aerospace industry is preferred.
