Supervise & assist in the effective implementation of personnel policies and provisions of employee relations functions such as, encashment processes, monitor employee attendance, automate and enhance requirements in HRMS system and ensure adherence to Nawah procedures.
Handling all types of leaves for (approve/reject requests) for plant staff in accordance with the approved leave policy as per human capital policy manual.
Explain and assist plant employees with regards to leave policies or any other enquiry related to leaves.
Maintain a database of supporting documents (reports-official letter) for sick leave taken for long periods of time.
Assist plant employees in the attestation of certificates by HAAD for sick leave taken over a prolonged period of time and ensure its compliance with Nawahs policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant discipline
Minimum 10 years experience in ER experience with string personality to lead and advise and service delivery
Good understanding of benefits /SAP systems and previously delivered enhancements in different ER process
Good understanding of UAE labour laws
