Job Title: Senior Electrician - Water Pumps Division

Job Type: Full-time

: The Senior Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components related to water pumps and associated equipment. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to ensure the optimal performance and safety of all electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, test and commission electrical systems for water pump installations, including control panels, motors and wiring.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in water pumps and related equipment.
• Conduct regular maintenance and repair work to ensure the longevity and efficiency of electrical components.
• Interpret and implement electrical diagrams, blueprints and schematics.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes and regulations.
• Supervise and mentor junior electricians and technicians, providing technical guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in electrical work, preferably in the water pumps industry or a similar field.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including motors, control panels and wiring for water pumps.
• Familiarity with industry-standard electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Valid electrical license or certification is highly desirable.
