Luxury Interior Company hiring Senior Electrical Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical standards.
- Perform inspections, testing, and troubleshooting to identify electrical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to plan and execute electrical installations and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to lockout/tagout procedures.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, contractors, and project managers to coordinate electrical work with overall project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and service records.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical work.

REQUIREMENTS

- HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an electrician, with a strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical manuals.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Hydraulic and mechanical knowledge is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of PLUMBING, CCTV CAMERA, TELEPHONE & INTERNET
