Key Responsibilities: Lead the electrical engineering design, installation, and commissioning activities for oil & gas projects. Oversee and manage the electrical systems on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations. Act as the technical authority, reviewing and approving electrical design documents, vendor submittals, and engineering deliverables. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project completion. Ensure quality control and adherence to industry best practices in electrical engineering. Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical equipment and systems during installation, commissioning, and operations. Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff. Support the preparation of technical reports, project documentation, and progress reports. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field. 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically within the oil & gas industry. Previous experience in a PMC role, with a solid understanding of project management practices. Hands-on experience working on ADNOC projects is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and industry codes (IEC, ANSI, etc.). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
