MEP Manager - High-Rise Construction (Dubai)

Location: Al Kifaf, Near Max Metro Station.

Job Summary:

We are searching for a motivated and results-oriented MEP Manager to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of our high-rise construction projects. You will be responsible for all phases of the MEP process, from design coordination and budgeting to construction, commissioning, and handover.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of MEP engineers and technicians.
• Review and approve MEP designs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and project specifications.
• Develop and manage MEP project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate effectively with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure seamless MEP integration.
• Manage and oversee MEP contractors, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential MEP issues proactively.
• Prepare and submit MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and other required documents.
• Manage and resolve MEP-related conflicts and issues.
• Commission and test all MEP systems to ensure they meet performance criteria.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest MEP technologies and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of MEP processes within the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP engineering and construction, with a strong focus on high-rise buildings.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating MEP projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent understanding of local Dubai building codes and regulations (e.g., DEWA guidelines).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant MEP software programs.
• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) a plus.
• Fluency in English.
