We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge in electrical engineering, a proven track record of successfully leading projects, and a passion for innovation and problem-solving. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting a range of electrical systems, and you will play a key role in the growth and success of our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical design and development for projects, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Conduct detailed electrical system analysis, including power distribution, control systems, and circuit design.
• Design, simulate, and test electrical systems using industry-standard software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, SPICE, etc.).
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Oversee the testing and troubleshooting of electrical components and systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, software, and manufacturing engineers, to ensure integration and alignment with overall system requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.
• Review and approve designs, testing plans, and other engineering deliverables.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in electrical engineering
• Strong proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, EPLAN, MATLAB, PSpice, etc.).
• Proven experience in leading electrical design projects from concept to completion.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC, UL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred, or the ability to obtain one in the near future.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA systems, or embedded systems design.
• Experience with high-voltage systems and power distribution networks.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability (DFM).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.).
