Provide technical expertise to the Company on \xe2\x80\x9cElectrical Engineering\xe2\x80\x9d for Offshore Facilities.
Participate in the update and preparation of Electrical specifications and standards for the
Company.
Provide engineering support for all related Projects executed by \xe2\x80\x9cProjects Engineering\xe2\x80\x9d Team
Ensure design optimization and application of correct international codes and standards in
various Company\xe2\x80\x99s projects and studies
Be a good team member and coordinate/ interact with Company Project Management Team,
site personnel & various outside consultants, contractors, vendors, and inspection agencies
for the successful and smooth execution of the projects
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics engineering from a reputed university, though Master Degree is added advantage.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry of which at least 5 years being related to design of Offshore Electrical facilities.
Previous experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) or Direct Client Role related to Offshore / Onshore Oil & Gas Electrical facilities is added advantage.
Fluency in English Language.
Conversant with relevant International Code & Standards related to Electrical engineering and in general Oil & Gas industry.
Detailed Hands-on Experience on Electrical Design and Installation Engineering is essential including the following: Brown field works, Review and approval of engineering for all Vendor prepared drawing & documents, knowledge in Solar Power System, Cathodic Protection System (Piping, Pipelines, Vessels & Tanks) & Electrical Heat Tracing Systems, Offshore Platform / Field Layouts, Assessment of Survey reports, etc.,
Proficiency in Electrical Engineering Softwares such as ETAP for Power System Study, Battery Sizing Calculations, Lighting Calculations (using Dialux or similar software) and other general[1]purpose softwares etc. Familiarity in using Aveva Electrical and Smart Plant Electrical.
