Position-Senior Electrical BIM Modeler

We are looking for a skilled Electrical BIM Modeler / MEP BIM Modeler with strong expertise in Revit and Navisworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and drawings for electrical and MEP systems, ensuring alignment with LOD specifications and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D BIM models for electrical and MEP systems (HVAC, mechanical plumbing, electrical, etc.) using Revit and Navisworks.
• Design and model electrical systems, including power, lighting, emergency lighting, lightning protection, telecom, fire alarm, audio-visual, security, CCTV, and ELV containment systems.
• Contribute to the creation and management of electrical system families, templates, and libraries to improve efficiency and standardization.
• Prepare shop drawings for all electrical systems based on the received IFC from Revit models.
• Create sheets, annotations, section views, isometric views, schematic diagrams, and electrical room detailing & drafting views.
• Ensure models comply with LOD standards (LOD 100 to LOD 500) throughout the development process.
• Follow the 3D Execution Plan and project workflow to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare detailed drawings (Revit, Navisworks, CAD) that meet project standards and maintain high quality.
• Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and coordination using Navisworks to ensure smooth integration between disciplines.
• Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle to meet design requirements.
• Assist in preparing technical reports and participate in meetings to address BIM and LOD-related concerns.
• Produce and document high-quality drawings, schematics, and other project-related documentation as per specifications.
