Senior - ACD Art Director Our creative team is made up of fearless thinkers who hone their craft with brutal simplicity of thought. We are looking for a Senior \xe2\x80\x93 ACD Art Director to partner with a Senior - ACD Copywriter to own projects and build client relationships. This opportunity will be based in our Dubai office. About the Role Below is a snapshot of what you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Challenge creative briefs while understanding project requirements to create change-making work.
• Produce clear, consistently fresh and surprising ideas and compelling visuals.
• Showcase and nurture award-winning talent. You will do this by line managing junior creatives and report to the ECD/CCO.
• Work in a close-knit creative partnership with a Copywriter and Creative Lead to generate campaign ideas and see them through from concepts to completion.
• Amend, revise, or redevelop campaigns in response to feedback from the ECD or clients.
• Show strong commercial awareness, ensuring work is of great quality, while not smashing the client\xe2\x80\x99s budget to pieces.

You bring (required):

• (Sr) 4-7 years of agency experience.
• (ACD) 6-9 years of agency experience.
• A good portfolio with the potential to become a creative titan. With 2-3 examples of great work.

As a bonus, you bring:

• Regional GCC experience.
• Recent award wins at regional or global award shows.
• Have examples of compelling, change-making work for Real Estate clients.

• A rockstar Art Director with a genuine passion for art direction while maintaining high standards for executions.
• Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, persuasive negotiator, positive and innovative thinker.
• Always pushing the bar to do something novel and effective. Never predictable, known for your standards within the agency and the wider industry. Make sure nothing below the bar gets out the door.
