Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Senior Document Controller who will be responsible for overseeing the document management and ensuring accuracy & compliance.- Manage and control all documents within the Design Sector. - Ensure accurate and complete flow of documents in and out of the sector. - Register incoming and outgoing documents, maintaining a central repository. - Organize and categorize documents for easy retrieval. - Implement and maintain document control procedures compliant with company standards and regulations. - Collaborate with team members for proper documentation flow and timely approvals. - Assist in preparing and distributing documents such as technical drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence. - Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to document control processes. - Provide document-related support to the Design team. - Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all documents and information.Requirements- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Document Controller or similar role, preferably in real estate or construction. - Strong understanding of document control procedures and best practices. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail. - Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office applications. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Knowledge of design processes and terminology is an advantage. - Certification in records management or a related field is desirable.Benefits- Attractive Salary+ Benefits.
