Key Responsibilities
• Process many documents daily, including uploading & downloading drawings / documents and printing for distribution.
• Invoice procedures as per the templates provided by clients and follow-up with the clients/Contractors for the payments
• Maintain accurate document record logs of all drawings and documents issued by all parties at each stage of a project.
• Preparation of expression of interest and follow-up until receipt of Tender documents
• Timely submission of Tender to clients and give deadlines to Junior Document controller
• General administration of project/Tender documents.
• Perform weekly checks to ensure all project/Tender documents are kept up-to-date.
• Build, manage & maintain relationships with clients, contractors, other construction professionals, suppliers, and staff.
• Report to the Estimation Manager daily.
• Implement robust processes and controls to increase efficiency and improve performance.
• Any other duties required to fulfil the requirements of the position as per the requirements from Management.
Experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in document control within the construction industry.
• Education: Advantage Diploma in civil engineering
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in document management and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), document control software like Aconex.
