Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:HR Rewards Market Lead for Market: Emerging Markets, leading the HR Rewards function for all adidas entities and employees of all countries within Emerging Markets. This includes countries with market organizations and countries with other organizations, where the Sourcing organization is of particular relevance, given the scale in Emerging Markets. Within the global HR Rewards frameworks and in close alignment with Global Lead Experts and HR Rewards SPOCs, lead the design, implementation and communication of local HR Rewards processes, standards, procedures and guidelines. Of particular relevance in this regard is the management, in collaboration with other functions and stakeholders, and governance of Sales Incentive frameworks, designed in collaboration with the Global Sales Incentive Team as well as local programs in response to M&A and/or start-up situations. Define and design the Market roadmap and lead the HR Rewards transformation throughout the Market. Manage relationships between Strategic HR Business Partners and Global HR Rewards.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and direct the HR Rewards function for defined scope, in close cooperation with HR and Business leaders
Define, design, and lead the implementation of the Market HR Rewards roadmap to maximize and land global programs, processes & tools whilst creating efficiency opportunities
Define and oversee the design, implementation, delivery & execution of local Rewards programs, processes, and tools in alignment with global frameworks and policies
Oversee implementation of globally defined policies and procedures
Develop, negotiate, and manage the Benefits budget within countries where this is required
Oversee definition and implementation of local policies and guidelines regarding HR Rewards
Track issues and exceptions and communicate policies changes/recommendations to the
Global HR Rewards Lead Expert teams and back to the HR community
Build and lead operational efficiencies and ensure continuous improvement in the geography
Define and oversee the delivery and execution of communication, change management and training activities for local and global HR Rewards programs
Continually evaluate and implement relevant programs, processes and procedures to ensure every employee in one country has the same Rewards experience and every employee worldwide has a comparable Rewards experience
Analyze industry insights and leading practices of reference companies in the space of HR Rewards for the Market
Build and lead a highly engaged team and provide the platform for long-term, (cross)functional careers
Within Global HR Rewards participate in the planning and development of Global Rewards initiatives and programs, considering HR Business Partners\' input and Market perspective
Build and maintain the relationship with Global Business Services to ensure all Rewards programs and policies are administered properly
