You will work with the Head of Brand and Head of Marketing Services to develop and oversee creative and campaign. You guide your team and a network of external vendors and partners through developing solutions and concepts that connect the global power of Visa and the business needs of our clients. You are seen as a go-to expert in your field of specialization to deliver transformative ideas, high impact pitches. You lead and deliver complex, high-impact campaigns and projects for Visa, our clients and partners.Specific Responsibilities
Lead visual and messaging strategies, conduct comprehensive communications analysis and competitor research, and develop original campaign angles based on data to drive campaign performance
Provide domain expertise and consulting on client's/partners strategy in the areas of sales, marketing and/or product development, and translate data into answers to business questions and/or insights to facilitate business decision-making with cross-organizational impact.
Provide steer and guidance that uplevels ideation, creative production and creative aesthetic across organizations
Drive the outsource strategy for creative development, sourcing vendors, scaling, tracking, and holding vendors accountable to quality outcomes
Empower your team to maintain sustainable project milestones, proactive risk assessment, and schedules that consider deadline, quality, and positive team health
Partner and collaborate with multiple executive stakeholders including internal teams and external agency partners to launch successful communications campaigns that build reputation equity and drive business results
Oversee campaign work across major communications investments, leading creative excellence across all media, and driving creative innovation
Leverage data, metrics, and research to create dynamic creative strategies and programming
Ensure all Creative disciplines work together to create a cohesive user experience while meeting business objectives
Create scalable systems that increase eRiciency and wide program support and continuously improve the Creative team's operational processes and measure impact
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring managerQualifications14+ years of experience with a Bachelors Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA)Preferred Qualifications

Prior team management experience

Prior relevant experience leveraging a leading Marketing Technology Platform
to execute world-class digital campaigns end-to-end.
Track record of success in developing and implementing successful digital
marketing campaigns
Demonstrated ability to structure, manage, and coordinate complex
crossorganization projects and processes with multiple stakeholders and
execute on a strategy to drive action
A strong public speaker, comfortable and poised in front of large groups with
the ability to clearly communicate compelling messages up, down, and across
the organization
Ability to work eRectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Extremely organized with quick follow through with a bias for action
Strong client presence and internal stakeholder management
Language Spoken and Written Arabic besides English is a must
