As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be instrumental in shaping our brand's digital presence and expanding our global reach across various online platforms. From managing media buying to crafting engaging campaigns, your expertise will be crucial in optimizing our digital marketing efforts and captivating audiences worldwide. Proficiency in Make.com and Zapier, along with HTML, CSS, and coding skills, will be advantageous as you collaborate with our team to enhance our digital assets and user experience.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute advanced digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive online traffic.

- Lead media buying across multiple channels, including meta ads, Google Ads, and TikTok campaigns.

- Utilize technical skills in Make.com and Zapier to automate marketing processes and improve efficiency.

- Oversee the design and optimization of Web-flow websites to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.

- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing initiatives.

- Analyze data to generate leads and take care of lead generation processes.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the digital landscape.

- Experience with editing videos and photos on apps like Canva and CapCut is a significant advantage.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field

4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in wellness or hospitality.

Proficiency in media buying, meta ads, Google Ads, and TikTok ads.

Technical expertise in Make.com, Zapier, HTML, CSS, and coding skills are a plus.

Minimum 3 years of experience with Web flow, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design skills.

Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
